Open House Yoga was founded in 2025 by Ashley Chambliss. As a native of Washington, D.C. Ashley married Trap Yoga with traditional Vinyasa sequencing to shake up the yoga scene of downtown Columbia. Since then, she embarked on upgrading her 200 HR credential to I-CYAT yoga therapy to provide better accessibility to beginner yogis to support both mental health and physical mobility. Now a team of four, Open House Yoga continues to serve members of the community with trauma-informed instruction and a goal to reconnect the mind and body by blending classical philosophy and applied practice in Meditation, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Sculpt, and Yin. Our partners include The Wave Columbia, The Columbia Chamber of Commerce, and Yoga Alliance.
