I am Cleve Maybin. I am a 2x National Champion Semi-Pro Football player and Nationally Certified Personal Trainer thru NCSF. I love football and through that love I found fitness. It became my safespace. It can for you as well. No shortcuts, no cheats or games, just work and results.
