Through holistic nutrition and lifestyle changes, I was able to put my autoimmune disease into remission, restore balance to my gut, and regain my energy. Today, as a board-certified Holistic Nutritionist and Gut Microbiome Specialist, I help others look beyond symptoms and identify the root causes of imbalance. My approach considers nutrition, emotional wellness, sleep, stress, home environment, and everyday habits to create realistic changes that support the whole person. Through Radiant Holistic Healing, I offer personalized guidance, pantry makeovers, healthier recipes, food and emotional journaling, sleep support, and practical tools that make healthier living feel possible.
